Assume good intent but don’t be naive

This is a great article, Mary. Your points are well thought out and articulated with good examples. The one copied above resonated with me strongly based on a recent experience that I just wrote about. I tend to always assume good intent. I think I need to put "don't be naive" on a post-it and stick in on my monitor for a while!
